Page-Turning Partnerships: Celebrating Our New Publishers Promoting Reading
Meet our new publishing partners from around the world who shared their books with us to get children reading.
Getting children reading starts with quality stories that spark learning and inspire confidence. Our free digital library aims to provide young readers with just that – it includes a wide range of diverse books to engage and educate children everywhere.
The thousands of free stories available on our BookSmart app are often generously provided by our local and global publishing partners. We’re excited to share the work of some of our newest partners providing locally-relevant content for young BookSmart readers. Through the donations of organizations like those below, we can share stories to help children write their own.
El Desván de las Letras
El Desván de las Letras is a publishing project by the Peruvian organization Amazon Forever. Amazon Forever is a nonprofit organization that works to promote the conservation of Amazonian wildlife by contributing to the health and personal development of Peruvian youth, enabling them to be agents of change for the Amazon.
These Spanish-language books donated to Worldreader share engaging stories that teach children about protecting wildlife. They seek to use storytelling to convey a message of love and respect for nature and the conservation of the Amazon. The two books are available in Latin America and the United States.
